For the Electrical Systems area within the Control Systems department, we are looking for a Development Engineer (m/f/d) Electrical / Mechatronics. The aim of the position is the technologically leading, qualitative, cost-effective and on-time development, project planning, design as well as commissioning of electrical systems, components and software for all Putzmeister Markt-Technik fields as well as their maintenance.
Your task
- Conceptual design and development of complex electrical and electronic systems under constant observation of changes in legal requirements as well as changing market demands
- Driving forward the electrification of systems that were previously conventionally driven
- Coordination and approval of electrical components
- Preparation of design documents, project documents as well as parts lists
- Development, test and evaluation of software
- Maintenance of existing products worldwide
- Further development of project management methods and processes
Your profile
- Completed engineering studies, specializing in electrical engineering/mechatronics, cybernetics or comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in plant or mechanical engineering
- Profound knowledge in the field of system dynamics, control as well as simulation technology
- Experience with simulation creation in Matlab/Simulink or Scilab
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical, conceptual thinking and solution orientation
- Structured, organized, customer-oriented and quality-conscious work as well as independence
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
