Frankfurt Rhein-Main, the most economically dynamic Region in Germany is looking to strengthen its India operations. We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Business Development Manager, Indian Subcontinent to support the various marketing and inbound investment promotion/facilitation activities of FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH.
The candidate will be based out of India, being part of Indo German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) and will work closely with the International Team based out of the company’s headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities:

Act as the first point-of-contact for FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH in India. Support the India team with:
- Liasioning with key accounts, partner organizations and industry bodies in India.
- Lead generation/Investor Support: Providing support and information to Indian investors regarding investing in Frankfurt metropolitan region. Researching and collating high-quality information for customers. Developing a robust lead pipeline through research and various outreach activities.
- Organisation of key events including Seminars, CEO-Dinners, Receptions, High-Profile Delegations etc. Participation in relevant external events/trade fairs in India and representing the interests of FrankfurtRheinMain.
- Travel may be required depending on physical events/meetings.
- Systematic and effective documentation of activities and regular reporting to HQ using the tools in place such as CRM system, quarterly reports etc.
- Managing the administrative activities of the Pune office.
- Effective use of Social Media Tools for image marketing and brand building.
- The candidate will report to the Regional Director and Director, Overseas Operations, in Frankfurt.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Sound knowledge of German and English Language – Both oral and written
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools is a plus
