Senior Data Scientist (m/f/x)
WHAT TO EXPECT
Take the lead in designing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms, including refining our Revenue Management System's algorithms
Analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
Guide and mentor Junior Data Scientists, providing technical leadership and training as necessary
Collaborate with the Commercial team to uncover data science applications to solve complex business problems
Contribute to the evolution of data visualization practices to clearly communicate insights
Play a key role in shaping the future of the company through data-driven innovations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong portfolio of projects
Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, and machine learning libraries
Experience with VCS (e.g. Github, Bitbucket) and Optimization frameworks (e.g. PuLP, OR-Tools) is highly desirable
Extensive experience in building predictive models and algorithms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a team and guide junior members
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Experience or interest in Pricing topics is highly desirable
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
