Customer Support Associate
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation, testing and packaging of VR headsets & laptops
- Test the hardware and the installed content
- Package the hardware shipments and manage our hardware stock through our internal systems
Your profile
- Basic understanding of computer hard- and software– familiar with Windows OS and comfortable with tasks such as installing programs and drivers
- It’s essential that you’re interested and willing to learn – our IT team will teach you how to set up and modify laptops, virtual reality hardware and programs
- Thorough work ethic – the orders to our customers need to work perfectly, so it’s vital to check details and keep an eye on potential issues
- IT experience is not required – but valuable – because you will interact with our IT team and learn to solve more complex problems as you are onboarded
€12 - €15 an hour
