Our client, a global industry association, is looking for a part-time EU Projects Financial Officer. As Financial Officer you will be responsible for the financial management and support of a portfolio of EU-funded projects, perform budgeting, monitoring, and reporting activities.

- Financial planning, reviewing, monitoring and management of EU-funded projects.
- Liaise regularly with project partners and the European Commission on financial aspects related to the projects.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the financial and administrative preparations of project proposals.
- Train new staff members in financial management of EU grants.
You are a proactive,hands-on finance professional, with excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
You have knowledge of financial management of EU-funded projects and are very comfortable with accounting and budgeting.
Your Profile:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in financial management and accounting practice
- Broad experience in workflow management and accounting
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Strong team spirit and eager to contribute to common objectives
- Autonomous and problem solving attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and record-tracking
