Customer Success Manager


 We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our diverse clients. You will be responsible for ensuring their success and satisfaction by providing excellent service, up-selling opportunities, and fostering retention.

To excel in this role, you must be a "people person" by nature, adept at both technology and customer relations. Familiarity with the German school market and knowledge of the education system's structure are essential. We value candidates who have experience collaborating with teachers and understanding their unique needs.

Tasks

  • Customizing, planning, and evaluating start-up meetings, webinars, and workshops for schools within the Binogi Bildungsprogramm and pilot schools.
  • Monitoring and documenting the school's implementation process and development.
  • Conducting user surveys to gather feedback and insights.
  • Developing and generating statistics on usage for each customer on a regular basis.
  • Reporting user statistics internally to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Providing personalized support to schools and teachers through chat, phone, and email.
  • Planning and participating in both physical and digital exhibitions and events.
Requirements

  • A genuine passion for finding solutions to clients' problems and driving their success.
  • Proven ability to initiate new projects, generate ideas, and think creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
