In this role, you’ll:
Assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

Support in the management of project agendas- Support in taking project meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items
- Support in preparing presentations
- Support in the preparation of project meeting and workshops
- Support in Budget control and preparation of the forecast
- Lead project management meetings
- Leadership of simple project
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Able to take the initiative and demonstrate autonomy to execute assigned responsibilities. Must have a very proactive personality.- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and other related fields
- Advanced written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, problem solving and listening skills
- Experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project tools (preferred)
- Experience in project management (preferred)
- Experience in process review (preferred)
- Knowledge in SAP Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of JIRA project management tool (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative and can thrive working with a team

As working student you will be part of the Digital Finance Transformation is a multi-year transformational program in the Board Areas Global Finance & Administration in order to foster globalization, standardization, automation and innovation. It is a global program with all finance units actively involved.
A central element of this program is the SSA project which focuses on simplification, standardization and automation of the finance processes. In this project, internal process management works hand in hand with the experts from the different finance units and the finance leadership team.
