For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Allermöhe, we are looking for you as a:
Customer Relations Manager (m/f/d) -B2C in Full time

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US IS
- High focus on improving the customer experience through pre and post-purchase interactions
- Own the customer journey and resolve problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
- Develop service processes and provide guidance to stakeholders to develop policies and standards
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports and use data to drive operational and financial decisions
- Lead your Team including two direct reports and up to 14 indirect reports to mentor and develop them in a Caring and Daring environment
- Manage the outsource eCommerce Contact Centre vendor according to our guiding targets
- Accurately maintain records and document Customer Relations actions
WE DREAM - YOU SHINE WITH IT
- Experience in the retail space while leading teams in a customer interaction role
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools (we use Zendesk, Service Cloud, and more)
- Ability to think strategically and to lead while at the same time being motivated by handling customer interactions directly when needed
- Fluency in English and at least one further European language
- Possess troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, especially needed since you will be leading or playing a key role in delivering multiple projects
