Could you be the full-time Alstom University Campus Manager for the DACH region, based in Berlin or other (German) sites we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the HR Talent Director DACH and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll be the person responsible for coordinating the Learning Culture improvement and promoting Learning Innovation within the DACH Region.
You’ll ensure a strong level of cooperation with Alstom University Center of Excellence and with the Region to transform the appropriate opportunities of Sales and Partnerships.
We’ll look to you for driving and supporting following key activities:
Learning & Development Integration Continuity
Ensure one single Learning Management System is used to manage all training activities across the new Alstom
Create own Dashboards Data reports (Self-Service)
Promote learning innovation and digitalization to improve the learning impact
Leverage digital capabilities
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain proximity with the Business: Local HR / Learning & Development coordinator liaising with Employees and Line Managers for training at local level
Represent Alstom University locally to ensure consistent promotion towards internal departments , exernal customers such as universities, Start-ups, Industrial companies
Talent Management
Ensure with Regional HR that the proper yearly Training Plan is clearly understood and coordinated
Consolidate Training requests from Country/Sites/Managers and handle escalations
Ensure global consistency of the Group training plan together with the Regional Talent Directors

Fluency in English,fluency in German would be beneficial
