As of 01.01.2024 we are looking for a full-time CRM Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks
- As CRM Manager, you plan, manage and optimize the LeasingMarkt.de newsletter.
- You create various automations and CLC (Customer Life Cycle) newsletters along the customer journey.
- You take over the segmentation and target group-specific control of relevant content in the newsletter and thus ensure personalized customer communication.
- You bring a creative approach to coordinating content for the newsletter and its landing page in the best possible way.
- You effectively use all internal and external channels to acquire subscribers and develop methods to differentiate the various customer groups more effectively.
- Through continuous testing and analysis of the relevant KPIs, you will work on the constant optimization of our newsletter communication. To this end, you will create reports and derive recommendations for action from your analyses.
Qualification
- You have sound professional experience in CRM marketing.
- You are adept at using common CRM systems such as Emarsys.
- You have an affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills.
- You are enthusiastic about digital trends and topics and can communicate these to colleagues inside and outside our department.
- You are familiar with connecting and expanding customer databases.
- You have a very good feel for language in order to be able to address our customers convincingly and personally.
