With a dynamic and purpose-driven team, we are on a path to change the world for the better, and we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join us on this journey.

Tasks

As our COO, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by overseeing all operational aspects of the organization. You will work closely with our CEO and the executive team to drive growth, streamline processes, and ensure the highest level of operational efficiency. Your leadership will be essential in guiding Enzo towards realizing its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership in all aspects of operations, including but not limited to finance, HR, legal, and technology.
• Team Development: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the executive team to implement the company's strategic vision and business goals.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and manages risks effectively.
• Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully leading operations in a technology startup or a fast-growing company.
• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in both English and German, with excellent oral skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
