360 Digital Starters is an established company from Berlin with over 12 million unique players per month that enjoy our challenging quizzes (gimmemore.com), personal assessment tests (terrayou.com) and other online tests and games.
As we are further expanding our product portfolio, market reach and marketing budgets, we are looking for a Programmatic Specialist, to strengthen our team and support and further develop our ad-funded monetization.
Our display ad stack is based on Google Ad Manager with multiple SSPs bidding on our display inventory in realtime via Prebid and A9 (Amazon). We also employ some bespoke integrations of other types of demand such as rewarded video, instream pre-rolls and content networks. Our goal in monetization is to maximize the yield from our user base, while maintaining the highest levels of user engagement with our products.

Your Tasks
- Monitor and analyze monetization KPIs to drive consistent optimization of our setup and operations
- Manage day-to-day relationships with SSPs and large advertiser networks, in order to extract the maximum value for both sides
- Create and manage the execution of a development roadmap for monetization formulated after collaboration with other key stakeholders in the company
- Collaborate on execution of a strategic plan to drive an increased yield on ad inventory.
Your Experience
- Hands on experience working for a publisher or developer where a significant amount of overall revenue came from advertising
- Experience dealing with Google Ad Manager and RTB or header bidding as a publisher
- Proven ability to optimize ad monetization yield over both the short and long term
- Proven ability to manage different components of an ad stack and optimization of these
- Good to have: experience in the freemium model consisting of ad revenue and real-money transactions
- Good to have: experience in creating, negotiating and executing PMP deals.
