This position is responsible for technical tender responses; quoting and support of the Sales department
Your work scope
  • Analysis of customer requirements and conception of technical solutions
  • Processing of calls for tenders/RFQs
  • Coordination of the solution with other departments
  • Coordination of concept and pricing with Sales department
  • Preparation of quotations including calculation (using CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Compilation and preparation of supporting documents (e.g., technical diagrams, visualizations, solution descriptions, official letters, etc.)
  • Checking, processing and clarification of orders
  • Update of database and all related activities in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • General administrative Pre-Sales Support activities
  • All other duties as assigned.
Your background
  • Studies with a technical background or economic with a technical interest (e.g. IT systems management assistant, media technology, medical technology, business administration, industrial engineering)
  • Finished Bachelor Degree or higher
  • 3 years+ job experience preferred
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge of French is welcome
  • Practical experience in participating in tendering procedures an advantage
  • Very good communication skills by phone and e-mail
  • CRM knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is welcome
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast changing environment
  • Sense of responsibility, self-organization and reliability
