Job description
Global Mobility Partner (m/w/d) at relokate, you will be the direct line of contact for People/HR managers of our business customers, providing the fastest and most suitable relocation solutions for their employees. You will create a smooth and very professional relocation experience for their candidates and, eventually, their family members.
Tasks
- Own the entire relocation journey for multiple relocation candidates, while always staying on top of each process
- Manager bigger relocation projects with a high amount of candidates relocating at the same time efficiently
- Find the best solution for potential challenges and go above & beyond for our clients to ensure a fast and seamless experience
- Build long-lasting relationships with our business customers and be their primary point of contact
- Coach People & Talent Acquisition Managers on the requirements and best practices of hiring international talent, as well as consulting with our stakeholders on HR-related topics
- Keep yourself up to date with the relevant laws, regulations, political situations and how they may influence relocation & global employee mobility
- Meticulously maintain our internal database and processes
- Experience in a People (HR) Department, Global Mobility, Immigration Law, or another relevant field
- Fluency in English and an intermediate level of proficiency in German are required
- Highly customer service oriented
- Advanced knowledge of German labour law
- Knowledge of German immigration processes and experiences in other EU countries are considered as a major plus
- Knowledgeable on the latest HR trends and how they affect our business model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver challenging projects on time
