  • Act as the main contact person for external payroll administration and bookkeeping services.
  • Lead the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all invoices.
  • Prepare and process payments and expenses, adhering to financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor subsidies, ensuring compliance and maximizing available funding.
  • Maintain an up-to-date archive of contracts and other important files.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, identifying and implementing efficiency measures.
  • Oversee the budget process, comparing actuals against the budget and providing insights.
  • Generate and maintain reports for both internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate and timely financial information.
  • Prepare business cases, including financial projections, to support strategic initiatives, such as market expansion.
  • Support the sales team by providing financial proposals and insights to facilitate decision-making.
Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices (incl. German Commercial Law).
  • Experience with payroll administration, bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, DATEV).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in preparing business cases and financial proposals is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and financial analysis within a sales environment is advantageous.
