The newly established Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort.
This new unit aims empowers employees to embrace digital change through a structured skill-based digital upskilling approach that provides the mindset, skillset and toolset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company. More specifically, Digital Empowerment is providing learning journeys and certifications in key digital technologies (e.g. analytics, cloud, cyber security, UX/UI design) and practices (e.g., agile, growth mindset), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience & learning culture to E.ON's employees.
What you'll do
As a Platform Managerv (f/m/d) in the unit ‘Learning Ecosystem Management’ as part of Digital Empowerment you will take ownership of a learning technology platform to deliver an excellent learning experience, enabling the impactful delivery of digital learning journeys.
We are looking for a Platform Manager (f/m/d) in the field of the LXP ‘MyGenius’ or Metaverse ‘E.ON Campus’ – focus To Be Determined on candidates’ qualifications. Hence feel kindly invited to apply when you see a fit on either of the two.
- Own the LXP ‘MyGenius’ or Metaverse ‘E.ON Campus’ including to manage all learner & business requirements to ensure a customer centric platform and high user experience
- Run the product development including functional requirements and prioritization of changes whilst working with UI/UX Experts
- Steer commercial and operations aspects (e.g., operation and project budget, cost allocation, Service Level requirements, operational monitoring, lifecycle management)
- Accountable for the service KPIs of platforms (e.g. NPS, service availability, …)
- Cooperate with responsible Business Experts and the platform IT Service Owner as a counterpart
- Accountable for compliance (e.g., security, data protection, Internal Control classification (ICS) and risk ownership, patch management approvals, workers council alignment, local legal requirements, business audits)
What you’ll need to succeed
- Master Degree in Business Management/Human Resources/IT or similar
- 5+ years experience within the field of Learning & Development ideally within a Technology oriented environment
- Experience in Managing or Scaling Platforms from a Business perspective, including guiding platform integration. Ideally with an LXP (preferably Edcast) and various LMS providers or on a metaverse platform
- Ability to align service providers and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Interest in and passion for technology and the energy transition
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid set up and navigate your way through a decentral international matrix organization, with a high level of personal commitment with ability to work effectively in a team
